1. Introduction
Welcome to SG Tech Pro Solutions. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, customer portal, and all IT repair, networking, CCTV, and web services provided by us. By booking a service or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Bookings & Estimates
When you submit a service request or get a quote, it is considered an estimate. Final pricing may vary once our technician diagnoses the hardware or software issue on-site or at our service center.
Diagnostic fees may apply if you choose not to proceed with the quoted repair after an inspection.
Turnaround times are strictly estimates and are heavily dependent on OEM part availability.
3. Warranty & Guarantees
We offer a standard 30-day service warranty on all labor provided by our technicians.
This warranty does NOT cover:
Subsequent hardware damage or liquid spills after repair.
Software issues, virus re-infections, or user-induced errors.
Any tampered seals or repairs attempted by third parties.
4. Liability & Data Loss
While we take the utmost care with your devices, data loss is an inherent risk during hardware repairs or OS installations. You are solely responsible for backing up your data before handing over your device. SG Tech Pro Solutions is not liable for any data loss, financial loss, or business interruption arising from hardware failure.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers via our online portal or in-person.
- Unpaid invoices past 15 days may incur a late fee.
- Devices left at our service center for over 60 days without payment will be considered abandoned and may be recycled to recover costs.
6. AMC Contracts
AMC agreements cover specific devices and services as outlined in your contract. AMCs do not cover hardware replacements unless specified (Comprehensive AMC). Routine visits and response times are governed strictly by your contract tier.
